Studio Rental
LOCATION
Vitacca Vocational School for Dance, Houston is located centrally at 2311 Dunlavy Houston, TX 77006 in the Montrose section of Houston at the intersection of Dunlavy and Fairview. Free parking is available on the street and in the lot behind the building. Access to the building is secure and requires being buzzed in by ringing Vitacca’s Administrative Office upon arrival.

Lily Studio (1st floor, 32x45 ft)
Walsh Studio (2nd floor, 42x41 ft)
Zavier Studio (1st floor, 35x29 ft)
Studios are equipped with sound equipment and pianos. Recommendations for pianists and other accompanist are available upon request.

Please note, rental requests will not be approved over the phone. We will review your request and contact you once you are approved. We ask that studio requests be made a minimum of 24 hours in advance.
